Are the issues facing your organization caused by the economic downturn or are they a crisis of management?

ALP is a unique forum for leadership development rooted in organizational development. Send a team of 5-6 executives from your organization to the ALP to meet today’s challenges and tackle one of your strategic issues. Your team will work with faculty and other company teams, “friendly consultants” on the program to design and implement the changes required to address these issues.

Participants develop their own leadership capabilities through interactive learning sessions, coaching and action plans.
