Who Should Attend

This is a senior-level executive program. It is important that participants be in positions where they can drive important change in their organization. They should be enthusiastic about giving and receiving feedback on their organizational challenges from co-participants facing similar situations.

Participants should constitute a team of senior executives/managers (one to three levels below the CEO, depending on the organization):

• Brought together around the company challenge; or
• A natural team already working on the challenge; or
• A team formed with business partners or alliances
